Warranty

PRODUCTS RETURNED ON A WARRANTY CLAIM MUST INCLUDE A SERVICE REPORT. A WARRANTY CLAIM CANNOT BE PROCESSED A COPY OF ORIGINAL INVOICE OR A BILL OF SALE. THE ORIGINAL GREENSTONE SHIPPING CARTON AND PACKING MATERIAL SHOULD ALWAYS BE USED FOR ANY WARRANTY CLAIM RETURN. SHIPPING DAMAGE BECAUSE OF POOR PACKING WILL NORMALLY PRECLUDED ANY WARRANTY ADJUSTMENT SINCE THE DAMAGE WILL USUALLY MAKE ANY TESTING OR MEASUREMENTS IMPOSSIBLE. PARCEL POST SHOULD NEVER BE USED FOR SHIPMENT OF A DEFECTIVE OR FAILED PRODUCT.
